I’ve always wanted a GPS, but never had a good enough reason to justify the cost… until now. Buelly is an ‘Adventure Bike’ after all, which is why I got it (instead of some lame sportbike bike like a ZX10R), and GPS is a true geeky adventure tool! :)
So after doing a lot of research, I settled on a Garmin eTrex Legend. Very light, rugged, cheap, and practical… poifect.
I haven’t done anything too exciting yet. Just interfacing it with Google Earth to plot my paths, and finding cool looking places on Google Earth, sending the waypoint(s) to the GPS, and (trying) to get there on Buelly.
Lots of fun!
